Sr. PM · Building Specifications Lead — Network Planning @ Amazon

Building the networks
that deliver Europe.

I'm Antonio Nocera. I made my name closing deals with $1B+ fashion brands — Top 10% account manager in Europe. Today I design the €5B warehouse network that delivers what I once sold. Commercial instinct, engineering discipline: I speak both languages.

My Story

From the temples of Agrigento
to the warehouses of Europe.

I was born and raised in Agrigento, Sicily — in the shadow of the Valley of the Temples, where the Greeks built things meant to last 2,500 years. Maybe that's where my obsession with building things that endure comes from.

"You can take a Sicilian out of Sicily, but you can never take Sicily out of a Sicilian."

My land taught me warmth, resilience, and the value of hard work. Everything that came after — Milan, Hanoi, Madrid — is built on that foundation. And every summer, I go back to recharge where it all started.

About me

Strategy on paper is easy.
I make it stand up in concrete and steel.

I lead the Building Requirements Specification (BRS) process across Europe at Amazon, translating Supply Chain & Network Planning inputs into engineering requirements for the fulfillment centers that power millions of deliveries.

My path is unconventional by design: I started in consulting at Accenture, built commercial muscle as a Key Account Manager in Amazon Fashion — overachieving targets by +25%, managing C-level relationships with $1B+ brands, and generating $200M+ in new business — and then moved into large-scale supply chain infrastructure, where business acumen and technical depth meet.

What drives me: taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems, structuring them with data, and aligning senior stakeholders behind a decision. Then delivering it.
